Canadian F18 National 2026
The 2026 Canadian F18 Catamaran Championship will take place September 11–13 on Lake Ontario, hosted by the Burlington Beach Catamaran Club. This three-day regatta will see Quebec and Ontario's best sailors compete for the 2026 cup. Defending champions Olivier Pilon and Bastien Mony will be on hand to defend their title. ⛵ Voile Sansoucy successfully held its annual regatta last weekend! ⛵ CANF18 members joined us for the second leg of their 2026 Quebec Circuit. The atmosphere was fantastic both on the water and at the club! It was a wonderful gathering of sailing enthusiasts, especially passionate catamaran sailors 😄. First 2026 Regatta
The first stage of the 2026 Championship is complete! Last weekend at the Nepean Sailing Club (NSC), the teams sailed 9 races in varied conditions under overcast skies. A big storm rolled in Saturday evening, right after everyone had safely stored their boats. A big thank you to the Nepean Sailing Club for the warm welcome — see you next year! 2025 American F18 Championships at Sail Newport
The 2025 American F18 Championships at Sail Newport concluded this past weekend. The team comprised of CANF18 President Olivier Pilon and his teammate Bastien Mony battled hard throughout the week to secure fourth place overall. Third round of the Quebec circuit
Last weekend saw the third round of the Quebec circuit season take place in Carleton-sur-Mer in the Gaspé Peninsula. The atmosphere was summery and sunny, as the teams began arriving throughout the previous week. In total, 11 crews took part in this competition, which initially looked unpromising in terms of wind, but ultimately exceeded all expectations.
